In Between
by Glenn CurrierHow often I miss the in between
focused as I am on the goal
the destination
the there
instead of the here
inside
in between last night and tonight
in between
yesterday's tears for my injured brother
and my desire to call my dying cousin
you are here
with me
in me
loving
yearning
waiting
right here
within
this eternal moment. 05/28/2012 Posted on 05/28/2012
