Teen by Kim ThevenotShe paces, undiscovered
With laces hidden in her eyes
behind her teeth, bite and will reside
Youth, an illusion
Witnessed by the best of us
Shunned and hunted by the rest of us
She paces, blue and simple
In a world of one dimension
She is beautful, did I mention?
Past, she whispers
There I see a world of higher emotions
Seeped in salt and spraying motions
She paces, slowly
Collecting the butterflies
Memories angled uselessly to the blue sky
Kisses, soft and hard
Aches replacing the feeling of action
Masking a perfect and deliberate passion
She paces, hunting
Once more alive and in waiting
Mythical amounts of yearning and sating
Arrogance, an obvious trait
Hidden between lines and meanings
A misplaced sense of importance she's gleaning
She paces, you shall see
She wishes, hopes, dreams of a second chance
Now spinning in an awkward, advancing dance
