I don't care by Agnes HallI don't care.
I don't.
I don't care that you don't answer my questions directly.
I don't care that the "honesty" we once had is now gone.
I don't care that we play stupid games, when we both know we hate stupid games.
I don't care that I miss you.
I don't care that this poem is about you.
I don't care that you are moving away or that your texts are short and leave me hanging.
I don't care that this is probably pay back.
I don't care that I probably deserve payback.
I don't care that I don't exactly remember when we last hung out.
I don't care that I probably pushed you away or that I tried to write something metaphoric and all I came up with is this piece-of-shit excuse for a poem.
Because I don't care. 07/04/2011 Posted on 08/16/2011 Copyright © 2025 Agnes Hall
