Who do you think you are fooling?
with your thesaurus abusing phrases
and your disgusting eloquent speech.
It's easy to say things and see things
that sound right and sound good, great, grand
But I know better
Buried deep beneath the icy sentence
structure and pristine punctuation punctures
are layers and layers of hurt and sad and hurt
your words are what you control
in a world that you cannot
