SHINGLES by Charles E Minshall
With shingle bumps, shingle bumps,
Shingles all the way.
A Shingle rash is so bad,
You can't work nor play.
Shingles take a toll on complexions,
With itchy bumps in all directions.
To not scratch is really tough,
Shingles are such nasty stuff.

| Posted by Glenn Currier on 10/17/10 at 01:43 PM It can be a scourge. I had it one summer - clothes stick to your sweating torso making it even more painful - could hardly lift the chalk to the chalkboard. I'll never forget it. I have a colleague who got it in his later years and although it has gotten better it hasn't disappeared completely and it has been a couple of years. Those who have it need something like your pome to lift their spirits. Thnks Chazarino. |
