E.S.P. / ambiguity

by Timothy Wilson

She believes I can read her thoughts
The workings of her mind
She believes
I am super human
She doesn’t know I read her
Watch her,
And worship her every blemish
Adore her every gaited path

Lounged and smirking
She told me this
In the still car the earth moves around
I sent her a message in my mind
“darling, you know I can’t read your thoughts, I just study your day-to-day beauty”

I love the ideas and playfulness of this piece...it is a well rounded and formulated idea...I think perhaps some punctuation in places where natural pauses occur could help, but still a strong piece...kudos, peace, ~jewels

Yes, a lovely piece. Beautiful, but not sappy. ESP is not important- love is, Point well taken. Excellent write.
