HAITI by Terry OlynikAll you mothers
All your fears
All your nightmares
Multiplied by a factor
Of one thousand
Kiss your babies
Gooing and chubby
Safe and home

| Posted by George Hoerner on 01/22/10 at 03:35 PM I chided and old high school friend about an earth quake there and became very upset. Saying that, until you have been in one you have no idea. I suspect the same is true with turmoil in Haiti and I haven't visited there since 1969 at which time the average per capita income was $50 per year. We have a hard time living on $50 per day. Good thoughts Terry. |
