Paris

by David Garner

I'm trying!

Take away the desk, the computer, the phone, the cables, the usb port, the ethernet, the radio, the security cameras.

Walk away from it all!

Ah, to be at the hammam in Paris--
sweating with strangers in towels the size of silk scarves.

I must investigate my desires.

The beginning has a relief and power, then the rest is a surprise and has a sense of being there!
