My Quest

around,
and all along the inner sanctuaries
for that which I was certain lay just beyond my next discovery
if I could only persevere,
I would recover all I have never found
to this day, current.
how I have searched!
ravaged the wind in hopes all would be well
to see the laughter ring true
for once,
to remember its moment
this time, this life
