sound bath

i ride
sound spirals

gongs reverberate body and soul
crystal bowls
chiming resonate intentions

electrical messages
break up old patterns
shatter heavy negatives
radiate peaceful ground
create new
vibrations of life

hope sings
the beautiful now
from ear to earth
and beyond

Author's Note: I just got home from an incredible sound bath in gongs, crystal bowls, and other lovely instruments. The sound literally vibrates away the negativity and angst. Namaste MFS

Man, it's ALL about vibrations. I've been thinking that for years! And of course, music is one of the sweetest vibrations of all! It sounds like a purely magical experience, and I love the way you captured it here, in this poem.

I love these sounds. Budha bowls and gongs can fill a room and bring silence to a crowd. Very nice.

Beautiful and evokes that very vibration and transportation "from ear to earth and beyond". So lovely.
