unravel

by Mary Frances Spencer

loosen the binding
expectations knotted
frustration cinches
fear closes in
anger burns gut

slowly uncoil
breathe in undulation

shed your skin
snake

open the portals

and shine

Author's Note: I think we all need to let go of tightness and tensions so we can truly radiate our peace! MFS
