Doors

by Alisa Js

she ran inside her mind racing
along those corridors searching for clues
any glimpse, a hint
of who she was all those years ago
when everything was still brand new
waiting to be discovered
on that horizon gleaming bright
where did those good times go

standing now, with keys in hand
frozen like the wind
there before that opened door
how to turn this thing …
