Imago Theory
by Alisa Js("Imago" is a Latin word meaning "image," and in this theory, refers to an imprinting of the positive and negative traits of our significant childhood caretakers. This imprint influences the choice of a mate in adult life.)
curious this theory, Imago
if correct, could explain a lot or nothing
a theory, after all
gaps of connection, lapse of perception
recorded on that subconscious terrain
negative and positive traits
how to discern
conclusively
impulsively
without repetition
or error
does this explain
anything
as we grasp for the answers
found
or not
layering down through the ages
pages of script
rewound,
carefully for questions unbound
by experience or lack thereof ...
