i.

those eyes
do inspire
great things, i ponder
whilst staring
into a well
lit with light
a twinkling on water
many fathoms below

ii.

that voice
gives song
life into a world
gray as with clouds
the sunlight
that burns through
breaking the heavens
with a mighty sword
