I've Got You On My Mind

The voice of God echoes through the cathedrals of your soul.
Sacred words are written upon the ephemeral canopy of your hearts secret sky.
I hear faint echoes of spoken promises when I place my head to your breast.
There is a promise hidden under your drowsiness.
It is penned with blossom ink milled from the honey-combs
of divine minds most trusted, compassionate soldiers.
You are beginning to awake. Do you see a rainbow?
If there exists a covenant between mans imagination and Holy Being,
can I paint it with rainbow stripes across the canvass of your soul?
What mystery lurks in your spell-binding beauty?
