Jade-eyed (not Jedi)

by Terry Olynik

Her stellar gaze
Jade-eyed and cosmic,
Pulls me into her orbit.

My Virgo shields -
Reason and order,
Rendered useless in the void.

Cheekbone to cheekbone
A terrestrial stranger,
In her celestial embrace.

The night and its mysteries - man and space - great combinations with dreams. Beautiful, Terry. It's going on my favorites... ;-)
