Lost by Uriel TovarStars falling
on a midnight sky
Wind's blowing
but I don't know why
You are even here.
Come crash
Into my throne.
Come fall
upon my crown
of pebbles and tin. 12/04/2004 Posted on 12/04/2004 Copyright © 2025 Uriel Tovar

By using the word "on" instead of "from" you've taken an overused phrase and made it new. The difference is subtle but, in my mind, brilliant. Exceptional piece.
