Prophesizing Betrayal by S.J. TylerProphetic thoughts
Leave me pathetically limp
Because I knew what you could do, in advance
I read my very own words
And blindly let you stab me with them
And now I read them and my arms melt with hot anger
The furious heat giving me desires
Madness that I want to strangle you with
And right now on the page I see the glowing heat
This fire traveling through my heart
And my head, imagining a fire eating yours
Because all of those sugary words have
Become rotten in the sun of my fury
Rotten in their own lies
Deceit I should have seen
When I first captured it on paper
Deceit that came far in advance
But to my eyes far too late
