A week without you around.
Another person to have to put in the ground.
Another day another life.
Another lost wife.
Another path to walk down.
Walking down the wedding isle in a white gown.
A box of pine.
An ended time.
A place to rest your head
after you're gone off and dead.
A way to ease the pain of another.
A sister, daughter or mother.
A man, a husband a father.
For doubts of love we shouldn't bother.
For they all know we love them deep
and their memories we'll always keep.
We'll hold them close down to our heart
since we company it seems, we've had to part.
