since after all, you don't smoke them joints...
I have to open your mind to all the hidden truth
like the numbers posted in the local nudie booth.
I show the underbelly of all your despise
as you sit there trying to hide you eyes.
I tell you of what people consider to be fun
and how people have to resort to the use of a gun.
I tell you of love betrayed and lives gone sour
and I show you who and who doesn't have the power.
I help you along on you arduous quest
and some of these things, I've come to love best.
Betrayal is never too far away
and you always have to know what to say.
You never recount on your inner guts feelings
and never sell yourself for a few shilling's.
