Being so close yet so far away.
Seeming so different than yesterday.
A face to talk to, a hand to hold.
A smile worth more than gold.
An embrace as warm as her heart.
A simple choice to leave or play my part
A path crossed with simplistic connections
with two lives in opposite directions...
Wondering who how you'll take it all
and if you'll even attempt to call...
Wondering about the past, present and future.
Wondering if I really am as perfect as her.
She said that I was perfect but we all know this not
since we all know all we get is a heartbreaker's plot.
For Am I Perfect 1200 miles away?
While the sun sets on this Summer day?
