Sanctity in a sack by Aaron HowardWhen I smell that funky green I lean back
and think to myself about my Sanctity in a sack.
A sub-culture all devoted to smoking the green.
You know, the stuff that makes a scene,
An underground of intelligent people,
who usually don't believe in the steeple.
They have found the truth and the lie
by looking the preacher right in the eye.
Looking at the lawyer, the judge and the peers
and getting all of those nasty look and leers.
Just for smoking something that grows out the ground
when they don't cause no fuss or make much sound.
For if you got a man drunk and another man high
I'll be you money the man with the dope won't die.
He won't wreck his car or go shoot someone,
for all the stoner does if go look for fun.
While the alcoholic goes and beats on his wife.
The stoner look for different ways to enrich his life.
Why kill your body off with something refined
When you can smoke some put and expand your mind...
