You sleep all day and party all night
but I guess that comes with the nocturnal type.
You moan in agony when the sun shines through
but you’re the type that I never even knew…
Sleep all day and enjoy the night to come
and when you wake you don't know what you've done.
You hide away from the people and noise
and go out and party with all the Goth boys..
You drink yourself into a happy stupor
and tell everyone that you 'feel super!'
Cast away the shadows of beauty and grace
and you with that drunk look on your face.
This lifestyle in which you invested
has it hands in the madness infested.
Dream on into your little daze
and search out and find the next new craze.
While you continually sleep away your days
and go on with your nocturnal ways..
