Another missed dinner or date.
Another time spent being late.
Another peace offering to be rejected.
Another one that loneliness selected.
Another dream to make your smile.
Another day to sit around a while.
Another paycheck another bill.
Another raindrop on your windowsill.
Another broken heart left to wander.
Another heaven there to ponder...
