We all dream of a better life away
with no bills or insurance to pay.
We dream of waking up not being alone.
We dream of it all to be shown.
We wonder if it's really worth all this.
Is this really the happy mid life bliss?
Is this all I want out of life?
Am I who I want to be?
Am I who I really want to see?
What am I telling myself this time?
No that's a kiwi, not a lime.
So what if it all passes to fast
since after all it's really got to last.
