Double shot yellow

by Aaron Howard

Sitting here in the middle of the road.
Playing a game like car and toad.
Wasting time and having some fun.
Hiding away with the moon from the sun.
Nothing better to do than sit on the double yellow.
Listening to the nights bugs and bullfrogs bellow.
Listening for the sound of broken air.
Me sitting here all fruity, without a care.
I wait till their about a mile away
when I get up and decide to say
'Grab that bong, It's you pack now'
cuz if you got to be bored, why choose how?
