and then you had to make the message from a push to a shove..
You walked out that door and left me cold..
and you were the one I wanted there when I was old..
I wanted you to be the love of my life..
the soul-mate I needed, the intimate wife..
I lost it all when you up and went away
and now all that is left is the dream of yesterday.
I've lost all direction since you walked out on me..
I don't want to dwell anymore in this lonely reality..
We spent years in each others eyes..
and this came as a total surprise..
She just chose that this wasn't the life for her anymore..
So she packed up and walked right out the door..
