The Seven Ages of Woman by S.J. TylerAll the worlds a stage
So wrote Shakespeares pen
Women never present
In the Ages of Men
Can you tell me then,
Where from came the men?
Poof! They appeared pray tell
No woman endured the telltale swell
First Adam then Eve
It shall forever remain
Until this falsehood
To rest it is lain
So here, justice
Shall be done
Ill tell a womans life
From whence it begun
First the baby
Shrieking from the mothers womb
Crying as if in fear
Of some impending doom
Then, the little girl
Crying in her chair
Hiding from the little boy
Who has just pulled her hair
Next, we have the teenager
Through much turmoil and grief
Made up her mind and told her boyfriend
She would not debrief
Out of college, new and fresh
Ready to take on this place
Harassment! Harassment!
She yells at her boss
And slaps him in the face
She hits thirty now
Shes by herself unwed
As far as her parents are concerned
She might as well be dead
Desperate midlife crisis
Its all downhill from there
She married a guy off the Internet
Hell give her a good life, he swears!
The years go by and then old age
Divorced and remarried twice
For these my dear
Are what we call, our precious facts of life.
