Sticks and Stones

by S.J. Tyler

Protruding backbones
Through sheer, slight, silky skin
Gel and cling over muscles
Sticks, stones and other pieces of broken down use
Stones for bones
Sticks for... whomever

Poked from afar
With a stick, finger or pen
Squirm, girlie, squirm
That’s the way I like it
Eyebrow curled and watching you
Squirm, girlie, squirm
Lips twisted, a sadistic smirk

Slip fingers around
Clasping loosely to flesh, skin, ribcages, sides
To watch the jump
Reflex from the pit
Wedged between your throat and a stone
Stick it to you
Quiver
Like an eyelash
Dangling off of your cheek
As I exhale my kiss off the tip of your nose

Though if I were to breathe on your sugary skin
Belly buttons are nice too
Just above or just below
Wink, poke
And to think of the surge of power
Poking your sides brought

Slurp a line up your spine around to your lips
Shivers up and down my own spine
Shivers up and down
Cold, you should be here
Softly keep me warm
As I kiss you
And kiss you
And kiss you
Anticipation throbbing, but that’s all you’ll get from me
Tickles and teases
For your sticks and stones
