Why does everything have to be so tragic,
since it’s not all just storybook magic
Stuck in this on running joke, where I’m always broke
wondering why I’m always stuck in this mess
and wondering what’s going to fuck up next
Struggle daily for baby steps to a brighter future
fight for the chance to me the right her
Finding your joy day by day
with more bills to send away
Lose a friend, gain a heartbreak
wondering what else there is to take
Another one bites the dust
so who are you supposed to trust
Be it in yourself or you soul mate
with that little twist by the hand of fate
Struggle for inner peace at the heavy cost
of something else you didn’t know you lost.
Stuck up to your next in relationships sinking
and you just can’t figure out, what you’re thinking.
