on running joke (that is my life); The by Aaron HowardMy life,
The on running joke
All these mismatched morals and dilemmas between us.
All this argument power of where to sit on the proverbial bus.
Sell my blood for the love of money and food.
Sell off the best parts till your just left with the crude.
You thought you knew it all, but then you were right
and since that day, everything doesnt seem all right.
You knew the secrets to the universe
but that was just something you made up.
You knew the secrets to her heart
but that was just something you stole.
You knew the calculations for the part
but you couldnt fill the cup.
You knew the cost of the whole shabang
so you ended up without a soul. 06/18/2002 Author's Note: This is a work I wrote after being bitter and broke.
