let the noise come down
envelop and surround
and change all you found
wonder if the words ever
mean shit to you?
wonder about if i never
had this to get into...
if i could say i know now
that life would never be the same
if this werent my only means of somehow
saying everything
could i function
would i self destruct
with out these little words
would i have anything i could trust?

thank all hell for the possibilities
bouncing around inside of me
otherwise i'm left to fear
that there would soon be nothing left
so this is all i have to say for now
at least i'm still alive
the words, while meaning next to nothing
give me a reason to not die.
