One Sultry Summer Evening (Erotic) by Ken HarnischDamn this oppressive heat
Except, my dove,
As it has divested you of
Your drabbier attire
Exposing the long-limbed sheen of your
Slender arms, and
The sun-washed bronze of your
Tapered thighs
You pat the wet sponge across your neck
Claiming the need for cool
And we both watch the pearls trickling down
That sensuous valley
Between your heaving breasts
You seem startled I should be staring so
But your coy smile tells me
You expected nothing less.
And I curse you softly under my hastening breath
But I do not avert my eyes.
