Tweedle The Needle

by Charles E Minshall

Tweedle the needle
I met in my dreams,
Tweedle the needle
A stitcher of seams.

Tweedle the needle
Has an eye for clothes,
But Tweedle the needle
Wears none of those.

Tweedles needling wife,
Dweedle by name,
Is also into
The stitchery game.

Tweedle and Dweedle
Have a pair of twins',
Which they love to point out
Are as cute as pins.

With a toast to the needles
I must say goodbye,
Here's to you both,
To mud in your eye.
