They say there are nine pantomimes to lie..
So tell the lies of death.. the lies of fact..
The lies of people and how they really act..
The lies turned truth by fact and fiction..
The loss of life and the skittering friction...
The hazy stare off into space..
The blank look overtaking your face..
The loss of pressure in this water balloon
while your soul wanders off to a different tune..
Six million ways to die.. Fire, water, act of god..
Overrun by a truck, or by the warden's nod..
Avalanche, even a disease...
Six million ways.. whichever would please..
It's not a question of how, more of when
and I guess on you, it all depends..
Could stumble, if your clumsy and take a long fall..
Or a long, suicidal overdose, walk down that short hall..
Six million ways to die...Nine ways to lie...
Anything to make you die under this fading blue sky...
