Morning Light

by Charles E Minshall

____________________________

I love to get up
In the early morning light,
To see what our Lord
Has done with his night.

From his palette of colors
He's painted the sky
In brilliant colors,
A delight to the eye.

A silhouette
From one of his trees,
Against that sky
For all to see.

Yes I love to get up
In the early morning light,
To see what our Lord
Has done with his might.

Hi Charlie, It's beautiful. I do too, Specially to see the sun rise or see the sun set in the evenings. Jean
