I look out the window
And see the snow falling
So peaceful and serene.

It would be even more
Wonderful if you were here
To share it with me.

As I glance across the landscape
I wonder when next
I shall see you.

For I long to see your eyes,
Hear your laughter, feel your touch,
And smell that scent that is only yours.

If only this distance would shrink
Itself so that we could be together
And see this view together.
