Why did you have to reenter my life
I’ve tried so hard
To forget
To move on
Then suddenly one day
I see you again
You saw me
You know I was present
Did you care
No
You watch me
You never move towards me
You turn away and continue your work
You send your brother to see me
To find out if I’m upset
You hurt me and left
I start to heal
Then you come back to reopen the wound
Why did you have to reenter my life?
