reorginization

so, chatting with paul last night, and he's like, 'yo, reorganize your library'... so i did. and thus, i have now 35 poems in my main library, as opposed to 150+ before. go me.

i know i havent written alot lately. bear with me...
whatever.

dashboard/beck/black keys tomorrow nite.
things w/ cait are kinda tense, so i guess i'll be going it alone... :(... that sucks, cuz we both love dashboard to death and then some. but hey, it'll be a good show, i guess.

grr. my poem 'im/perfect' was originally intended to be about being sexually abused. it turned into a self discovery poem. I dont like using specificity in my poems, so it barely gives a hint of it's true meaning. urgh.

hello, my name is andrew; and i have writers block.

does anyone notice how much my poetry has sucked lately? because i sure as hell do. i used to update at least once a day for god knows how long. then i didnt one day... and i've had a few of those. i guess when i look at what i've written recently, i see all the same themes, same ideas, and mediocracy all around. there has been 1, maybe 2, poem(s) that i like that i've written in the last month. out of about 30. that's an insanely low number for me, in both cases. i usually have about 6-8 out of 40 that i like.

nothing inspires me; even when i get depressed, i dont go near a notebook for fear of knowing exactly what i'll write. maybe i just need a break, i dunno.

whatever, it's not a big deal. i apologize for those of you who actually like reading my stuff.

aaah, thank you for all of you that voted me for POTD!!!! aah, that's the coolest thing ever.
last night, i was 91 reads offa 10,000. now i'm at least 177 over that. aaaahhhh!!! awesome day in my pathetic career. thank you all!!!

wowie, this is amazing. i have 500 comments on my poetry. just to see that big ol number, it's something. i remember when i had 3 for forever and a day. it's crazy.
